4. Conditions for Replacement
We offer a 10-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

- Defective Items
- Wrong Items
- Missing Items
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to inspect the product before processing the replacement.
5. Warranty
All products sold by Oxtem come with a 3 year warranty. This warranty covers seating foam, manufacturing defects, termite problems in the frame. Warranty does not apply to cushion covers and fabric. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
